Ovum donation
It’s common to have some situations in which either because of the age or another circumstances, the woman doesn’t produce oocytes with enough quality to get a viable embryo. In this cases we need to use anonymous donated oocytes, which are in vitro fertilised with the woman partner’s sperm, the fertilised egg will be transferred into the female’s uterus, within which it will develop into an embryo so that the woman conceives and carries to term a baby. Therefore the baby will be genetic linked to the father and the woman will be his gestational mother.
In this cases, collaboration of a healthy and fertile woman, willing to donate her ovum to the receptor couple is required. Donor is rewarded for the effort of the treatment and oocyte retrieval with a cash amount dictated by law and by our center. We must specify that either the donor identity as the receptor couple will remain in the most strict anonymity.

Semen donation
Another common cases are when the male doesn’t produce sperm cells, in this cases we use anonymous donor semen. Sometimes if the woman does not have a partner and wishes to conceive a baby, we might also use anonymous semen donor. In both cases donor selection is performed by semen bank. At our center we work with CEIFER, which has one of the sperm Banks in Spain and Europe.
